Coastal rowing course
- Age: from 12 years old.
- Level: basic.
- Duration: 7.5 hours.
In this course, you will learn the fundamental elements as well as the technique of coastal rowing at a basic level.
You will start by learning to row, the maneuvers, how to orient yourself, regulate the oar, safety rules, and the main exercises you need to be able to row autonomously.
At the end of the course, if you have reached the minimum level, you will be able to participate in the Guided Coastal Rowing Routes organized by the Club. Contact us when you finish the course!
Minimum age: 12 years old.
Boats: Individual or double coastal rowing boat.
- The first and second sessions will be scheduled upon users’ requests and according to availability.
- The last three sessions will take place within the the established Guided Routes. Check the schedules here.
- 5 days with 1.5 hour sessions.
- Insurance.
- Life jacket.
- Wet weather clothing (if necessary).
- Access to the Sports Area’s changing rooms and lockers.
- Water bottle.
- Sunscreen.
- Comfortable clothing and footwear.
- Windbreaker (autumn and spring courses).
- 15% discount for Club Nàutic L’Escala members.
- 10% discount for three courses within the same family.
- 5% discount for two courses within the same family.
