This regatta in the Costa Brava will be hosted again in l\u2019Escala with a new competition format.<\/p>\n<section class=\"article-section\"><div class=\"container\">\n\n<\/div><\/section>\n<p>We are therefore launching a <strong>new leg that offers the crews a 30-mile route with departure from and arrival in l\u2019Escala<\/strong>, which will take them as far as the Massa d\u2019Oros islet, located in front of Cap de Creus.<\/p>\n<section class=\"article-section\"><div class=\"container\">\n\n<\/div><\/section>\n<p>The new style Tramuntana strengthens the competition&#8217;s ambition to become the reference regatta of the Costa Brava with operational base and confluence of the two legs in the Club N\u00e0utic l\u2019Escala.<\/p>\n<section class=\"article-section\"><div class=\"container\">\n\n<\/div><\/section>    <figure class=\"image-banner\">\t\n\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nauticescala.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/2019-club-nautic-lescala-76-creuer-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\n\t<\/figure><!-- end image-banner -->\n<section class=\"article-section\"><div class=\"container\">\n\n<\/div><\/section>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">XVI Escalagde \u2013 IX Veles d\u2019Emp\u00faries<\/h3>\n<section class=\"article-section\"><div class=\"container\">\n\n<\/div><\/section>\n<p>The second cruise date that you can\u2019t miss this summer, and which is arriving with new initiatives, is the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nauticescala.com\/activitats-costa-brava\/2021-escalagde\/\">Escalagde<\/a><\/strong>, which will be held between the 15th and 17th July. On this occasion, the regatta that unites the towns of l\u2019Escala and Cap d\u2019Agde, in the South of France, also incorporates a new leg.<\/p>\n<section class=\"article-section\"><div class=\"container\">\n\n<\/div><\/section>\n<p>The cross-border regatta will once again lead the Catalan and French crews from Cap d\u2019Agde to l\u2019Escala in a 90-mile route that will start on Thursday 15th July at about 7 am. <strong>The challenge that has been added is the return trip, which will start on Saturday 17th July.<\/strong><\/p>\n<section class=\"article-section\"><div class=\"container\">\n\n<\/div><\/section>\n<p>La XVI Escalagde \u2013 IX Emp\u00faries is a joint initiative of the Club N\u00e0utic l\u2019Escala and the Societ\u00e9 des R\u00e9gates d\u2019Agde et du Cap with the collaboration of the town hall of l\u2019Escala, the Diputaci\u00f3 de Girona, the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Federaci\u00f3 Catalana de Vela, the Federaci\u00f3 Francesa de Vela, Sod\u00e9al, and Turisme de Cap d\u2019Agde.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This year in July, two of our classic cruise regattas are back in a renewed format so as to make the most of the Costa Brava.
