L\u2019Escala, 14 November<\/strong><\/p>\n

Club N\u00e0utic l’Escala has delivered a solidarity cheque to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation (FEM), with a total of \u20ac2,000 raised thanks to the Mulla\u2019t for Multiple Sclerosis campaign. This contribution comes from the event held on July 12, aimed at supporting people affected by this disease and promoting research to slow its progression.<\/p>\n

The handover ceremony took place at the Club\u2019s administrative headquarters and was attended by the Club\u2019s president Narc\u00eds Carreras, general manager Raimon Roca, FEM\u2019s communication and campaign manager in Girona Montse Prats, and Carles Bech representing Colors Olympia Group, as well as Jotun, and Enric Riera, a user and sailor of Club N\u00e0utic l’Escala, who wanted to join this special moment.<\/p>\n

The Club is very proud of this initiative, made possible thanks to the involvement of members, users, and collaborators who actively participated in the July 12 event. On that day, attendees enjoyed activities such as kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding in a festive and supportive atmosphere, with the chance to receive a gift and purchase campaign items to contribute to the fundraising. Thanks to this collective effort, the essential support of Jotun and Olympia, and the Club\u2019s additional contribution to reach the final amount, the initial goal was doubled, demonstrating the strength of the nautical community.<\/p>\n

With this action, the Club reaffirms that its strength lies not only at sea but also in people. We aim to make the sea accessible to everyone while contributing to causes that matter. Every act of solidarity helps build a fairer and healthier community, and this is part of our DNA: bringing the sea closer, creating connections, and making the nautical experience accessible and meaningful.<\/p>\n
