Club N\u00e0utic L\u2019Escala continues to work steadily to adapt the port to the needs of its users, combining services, maintenance and infrastructure improvements to offer a comfortable, safe and functional experience for both regular berth holders and visiting sailors.<\/p>\n

\n  <\/i>Energy and mobility<\/a>\n <\/h3>\n <\/div>\n

To facilitate mobility for users arriving by boat who do not have their own vehicle, the Club once again offers a hybrid courtesy vehicle<\/strong>, a practical option for getting around the municipality of L\u2019Escala. This service is useful for users with occasional mobility needs and is especially valuable for visiting sailors. When staying at the Club, the vehicle can be used free of charge for one hour. Request it at the Central Office.<\/a><\/p>\n

Within this mobility framework, the port has also implemented improvements to the electric vehicle charging system<\/strong>, aiming to make its use and management easier. These actions form part of the Club\u2019s commitment to more efficient and sustainable mobility.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n \n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n  <\/i>Port care and maintenance<\/a>\n <\/h3>\n <\/div>\n

In recent weeks, several maintenance works have been carried out on the floating pontoons<\/strong>, particularly on the Clota Petita floating walkways<\/strong>. These include the renewal of decking, replacement of mooring rings, new walkway signage<\/strong>, and the installation of new water and electricity points, improving comfort and safety at the berths.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the central car park lighting<\/strong> has been upgraded and the recycling islands and containers<\/strong> have been renewed, enhancing the quality and functionality of shared port spaces. In area Q, the electrical differentials of the service pedestals<\/strong> are also being replaced, reinforcing electrical safety.<\/div>\n

All these actions are part of a comprehensive maintenance plan<\/strong>, with nearly 190 planned interventions<\/strong>, aimed at ensuring the port facilities remain in optimal condition throughout the season.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n \n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n  <\/i>New spaces and sports equipment
\r\n<\/a>\n <\/h3>\n <\/div>\n

In terms of sports and operations, the Club has added new sports equipment<\/strong>, including two RS Quest<\/strong> boats, one ILCA<\/strong>, two road trailers<\/strong>, the re\u2011engining of a working boat<\/strong>, and new SUP boards<\/strong>. A new internal transport vehicle<\/strong> has also been incorporated, improving daily logistics and port operations.<\/p>\n

One of the highlights of the 2026 season is the addition of a new modular marquee for social and sporting events<\/strong>, preferably located in the square of the social headquarters. Measuring 12.5 \u00d7 20 metres<\/strong> and 4.7 metres high<\/strong>, the marquee can be adapted to the needs of each activity, improving comfort in both hot weather and rainy conditions.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
