No booking will be accepted without the corresponding deposit payment. <strong>The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid 15 days before the start of the contracted service<\/strong>, except for bookings of 4 weeks or more, which must be settled on June 1st of the current year. If the payment is not received within this period, the booking will be cancelled without the right to claim the deposit already paid by the user. The user\u2019s personal details provided must be valid. Before the start of the activity, the user may be asked to provide identification to verify the information submitted.
