Present your ID and those of the crew at the Club&#8217;s Captaincy to formalize the check-in.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Activities and services:<\/strong> Enjoy the <a href=\"https:\/\/nauticescala.com\/en\/marina-in-the-costa-brava\/\">port services<\/a>, mobility (internal transport, courtesy car, bike and car rental) and <a href=\"https:\/\/nauticescala.com\/en\/nautical-activities-in-the-costa-brava\/\">sailing activities<\/a> of the Club. Request more information at the Club&#8217;s Captaincy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Upon your departure<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Departure:<\/strong> Contact Marineria on VHF channel 9 if you need assistance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Early arrival\/late departure<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Special schedules:<\/strong> Contact the Club&#8217;s Captaincy if you arrive before 1:00 p.m. or if you leave later than 12:00 p.m. We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Change and cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reservation and payment:<\/strong> To confirm your berth reservation, you must make an advance payment once the availability is confirmed by the Club. The rest must be paid at the Club&#8217;s Captaincy when formalizing the Check-in.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Necessary data:<\/strong> The user and\/or boat data provided must be valid. Before the start of the service, the user may be asked to provide accreditation of these data. If they do not match or the user does not identify themselves, access to the service may be denied.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation:<\/strong> In case of canceling the reservation of the berth for boats in transit or with stays of less than a month, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded, provided that the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the start of the contracted
