Purpose and nature of the service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Within the slipway facility, CNLE currently provides the following main services:<\/p>\n<p>a) Self-service use of the slipway.<br \/>\nb) Daytime parking for vehicles and trailers.<\/p>\n<p>Optionally, trailer storage services, with or without a boat, are available and must be contracted directly at the CNLE offices before entering the facility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Opening hours<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The slipway facility may only be used during daytime opening hours as published on the Club&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n<p>Outside opening hours, access to the facility is prohibited, and no vehicle or trailer may remain within the premises, except for services expressly contracted separately.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Conditions of use<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The slipway is part of the concession area assigned to Club N\u00e0utic l&#8217;Escala by Ports de la Generalitat. Its use is subject to the Club&#8217;s regulations, particularly the Regulations for the Management and Operation of the CNLE Sports Marina and any instructions issued by the Club Management.<\/p>\n<p>The facility includes a slipway, waiting dock, access control system, CCTV surveillance, fresh water for boat washing, waste management facilities, toilets, marina staff services, parking areas and other complementary services.<\/p>\n<p>The Club is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the slipway, parking area, access systems, surveillance systems and associated facilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. User obligations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Follow all instructions given by the facility managers and Club staff.<\/li>\n<li>Respect the facilities, signage and operational areas.<\/li>\n<li>Be liable for any damage caused through actions or negligence.<\/li>\n<li>Use the slipway, services and parking area responsibly and keep the area clean.<\/li>\n<li>Hold the liability, personal and vessel or jet ski insurance required by law.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all port, safety, environmental, hygiene and pollution regulations in force.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6. Prohibited activities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Carrying out repairs within the facility.<\/li>\n<li>Blocking the slipway or manoeuvring areas.<\/li>\n<li>Accessing with motorhomes or staying overnight.<\/li>\n<li>Swimming from the slipway or waiting dock.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out recreational activities within the facility.<\/li>\n<li>Walking barefoot.<\/li>\n<li>Driving at speeds exceeding 20 km\/h.<\/li>\n<li>Using the slipway or parking area outside opening hours.<\/li>\n<li>Using the slipway with vessels over 6 metres in length where this may compromise manoeuvring space or safety.<\/li>\n<li>Discharging bilge water, waste, debris or any material outside designated disposal points.<\/li>\n<li>Any other activities prohibited under the CNLE Marina Regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7. Liability and safety<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Club does not provide individual surveillance of the slipway facility, boats or trailers.<\/p>\n<p>The Club and its staff accept no responsibility for damage, theft or loss affecting trailers, boats, jet skis, vehicles, accessories or personal belongings.<\/p>\n<p>Owners are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures and maintaining adequate insurance coverage.<\/p>\n<p>Users and visitors enter the facility at their own risk. Neither CNLE nor its staff shall be liable for accidents suffered or caused as a result of using the slipway and related facilities, except where such liability is directly attributable to CNLE under applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.
