Find out our latest news!

During the months of February and March the bottom of the sports dock was cleaned. In total, more than 750 kg of rubbish has been removed, which will contribute without doubt to make the port a cleaner place and more integrated with its natural surroundings.

In the last few months the Club’s marine staff has been reviewing and properly adjusting the mooring systems of the port. This year, their efforts are focused on docks G, H, I, J, K, M, N, O and P, where they are repairing rust spots and the protective wooden beams of the floating docks. In all of them the condition of the bollards, cleats and protective rubber buffers have been checked. All of this has been done to ensure the optimum safety of both boats and people.

Another one of the latest tasks carried out has been the renovation of some of the water and electricity service towers on docks Q, R and S. The new units installed are more accessible, safer and more efficient.

You will very soon be able to enjoy the Club’s new kitchen utensils cleaning area! This room, located at the headquarters building, will be accessible using the same changing room access code.

The construction of a new ramp in the Club’s Sports Area will facilitate access on foot, as well as reduce the speed of wheeled vehicles in the area.

Remember that, especially at the weekends, the speed of these types of vehicles is regulated in order to guarantee the safety of the users that do sports activities at the Sailing School.
