    • Check-in/arrival time: from 1 p.m. onwards.
    • Check-out time: until 12 noon.
  1. At your arrival, please contact the Club’s Marine Maintenance’s Service on VHF channel 9 for directions to your berth or if it is necessary to moor temporarily at the Club’s waiting dock.
  2. A Club’s staff member will come to the indicated berth to assist with the mooring and provide you with the mooring lines, which are offered by the Club for use during your stay. At the same time, the same staff member will assist you in the connection to the electricity service and will give you your access codes to internet and toilet facilities.
  3. Finally, you will be asked to fill in the registration form and provide the official documentation of the boat, which you will be able to collect from the Club’s Main Office afterwards.
  4. Once you have settled in comfortably, please visit the Club’s Main Office to settle the fees and charges for your stay and to show the following documentation:
      • Personal identification document
      • Proof of boat insurance.

During your stay, if you need assistance at the mooring when you arrive at the port, please request it from the Club’s Marine Maintenance staff on VHF channel 9. It is advisable to do this well in advance so that we can prepare and help you as quickly as possible.

The Club has a complete range of port services, nautical activities and sporting and social activities available for you to enjoy L’Escala and the sea of Empúries all year round. Consult them:

You can also request the Club’s mobility services at the Club’s Central Office for your convenience:

  • Internal electric transport to move around the port facilities.
  • Rental bikes.
  • Rental car.
  • Courtesy car (service only available for stays of less than one month and limited to a single use).

Our staff will be delighted to welcome you and provide you with all the information you need to enjoy the surroundings of the Club and L’Escala.

    • Please contact the Club’s Main Office or Marine Maintenance’s Office one hour before your departure from port to make sure that everything is in order and to check the state of the electrical adaptor tanks or service cards, if any.
    • If you need assistance with disconnecting services and unmooring, please ask the Club’s Marine Maintenance on VHF channel 9.
    • If you leave your contracted mooring for a period of more than three days, please inform the Main Office or the Club’s Marine Maintenance Office in order to be able to use the berth to accommodate transient boats.
    • Occupying your allocated berth after 12 noon on the day of your scheduled departure may result in the Club charging you in lieu of an additional night’s berth.
    • If you plan to arrive before 13h or leave your berth after 12h, please contact the Club’s Main Office.
    • Our aim is to meet your needs whenever possible. That is why, in most cases, if your berth is available before 1pm on the day of arrival or after 12 noon on the day of departure, we will allow you to move your check-in or extend your stay by a few hours at no extra charge.
    • If we are unable to offer this service on the berth provided, we will try to assign you an alternative berth or a berth on the port waiting dock until the space is available or the boat is ready to leave the Club. This is done during busy periods, when changes in arrival and departure times may affect other users’ stays.
    • However, in either case it is necessary to make prior arrangements with the Main Office to avoid unnecessary charges.

Cancellation policies are subject to change. Change and cancellation requests should be sent directly to the Club at club@nauticescala.com.
