The self-service slipway ramp at Club Nàutic l’Escala provides convenient, fast and safe access to the sea for boats up to 6 metres in length, within a controlled environment and with complementary services for boaters.

1. Purpose and nature of the service
Within the slipway facility, CNLE currently provides the following main services:
a) Self-service use of the slipway.
b) Daytime parking for vehicles and trailers.
Optionally, trailer storage services, with or without a boat, are available and must be contracted directly at the CNLE offices before entering the facility.
2. Opening hours
The slipway facility may only be used during daytime opening hours as published on the Club’s website.
Outside opening hours, access to the facility is prohibited, and no vehicle or trailer may remain within the premises, except for services expressly contracted separately.
3. Conditions of use
The slipway is part of the concession area assigned to Club Nàutic l’Escala by Ports de la Generalitat. Its use is subject to the Club’s regulations, particularly the Regulations for the Management and Operation of the CNLE Sports Marina and any instructions issued by the Club Management.
The facility includes a slipway, waiting dock, access control system, CCTV surveillance, fresh water for boat washing, waste management facilities, toilets, marina staff services, parking areas and other complementary services.
The Club is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the slipway, parking area, access systems, surveillance systems and associated facilities.

The Club does not provide individual surveillance of the slipway facility, boats or trailers.
The Club and its staff accept no responsibility for damage, theft or loss affecting trailers, boats, jet skis, vehicles, accessories or personal belongings.
Owners are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures and maintaining adequate insurance coverage.
Users and visitors enter the facility at their own risk. Neither CNLE nor its staff shall be liable for accidents suffered or caused as a result of using the slipway and related facilities, except where such liability is directly attributable to CNLE under applicable legislation.
8. Suspension or denial of service
The Club may suspend or deny access to the service if fees remain unpaid or outstanding amounts exist for damages.
The Club may also suspend the service where users misuse the facility, fail to comply with regulations, disregard staff instructions or act negligently.
No compensation shall be payable where suspension results from a breach attributable to the user.
