FAQS – ACTIVITIES

Reservations:

Communication and payment of the pending amount:

Confirmation: Once the reservation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email automatically. If you have not received it, check your “spam” folder or contact us.
Proforma invoice: 7 days close to the reservation you will receive a second email with the proforma invoice with the applied discounts, if applicable.
Reminder: 7 days before the start of the activity, you will receive a reminder email with the rest of the information (groups, etc.). The necessary material for the activity is described on the activity’s webpage.
The pending amount, if any, must be settled 7 days before the first day of activity. If the full payment is not received, it will be understood that the activity is not confirmed, and the deposit will be lost without the right to claim.

Available payment methods:

In cash or by card at the Sailing School office up to 7 days before the first day of activity.
Through the web using this link – ou must indicate the student’s name and surname and in the description, the proforma invoice number. In the price section, you must insert the pending settlement amount. Once completed, the form will redirect you to the payment platform to make it effective.
Club members may request that the rest of the payment be settled by bank charge

Changes and refunds

Cancellation: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded provided that the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the start of the contracted service.
Change in the service or activity: it must be requested at least 15 days in advance of the start of the activity. The modification will be applied or not, depending on availability.
Cancellation/change within 15 days before the start of the service: no change or refund of the advance payment will be made in any case or proportion.

Lunch:

The only activity that allows requesting the lunch service is the Summer Sea School for ages between 7 and 10 years. The option to stay for lunch is voluntary and the reservation must be confirmed and paid for before the start of the week. Seven days before the start of the activity, you will receive a communication to make the reservation.
