Communication and payment of the pending amount:

  • Confirmation: To confirm the booking of any nautical activity on the website, the user must make the required payment either at the time of booking or upon receiving confirmation of availability. No booking will be accepted without the corresponding deposit payment. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid 15 days before the start of the contracted service, except for bookings of 4 weeks or more, which must be settled on June 1st of the current year. If the payment is not received within this period, the booking will be cancelled without the right to claim the deposit already paid by the user. The user’s personal details provided must be valid. Before the start of the activity, the user may be asked to provide identification to verify the information submitted. If the details do not match or the user cannot be identified, access to the service may be denied.
  • Proforma invoice: Up to 7 days after the reservation you will receive a second email with the proforma invoice and the discounts, if applicable.
  • Reminder: 15 days before the start of the activity, you will receive a reminder with the more information

Available payment methods:

  • In cash or by card at the Sailing School office.
  • Through the web using this link – indicating the student’s name and surname in the description and the proforma invoice number.
  • Club members may request that the rest of the payment be settled by bank charge
