FAQS – ACTIVITIES

Reservations:

Communication and payment of the outstanding amount:

Confirmation: Once the reservation has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email automatically, if you have not received it check your “spam” email or contact us.
Proforma invoice: 7 days close to the reservation you will receive a second email with the proforma invoice with the applied discounts, if applicable.
Reminder: 7 days before the start of the activity you will receive an email as a reminder with the rest of the information, groups etc. all the material needed to do the activity is described on the web page of each activity, check it out.
The outstanding amount, if any, must be settled 7 days before the first day of activity. In the case of not receiving the full payment, it will be understood that the activity is not confirmed and you will lose the payment on account without the right to claim.

Available payment methods:

In cash or by card at the Sailing School office up to 7 days before the first day of activity.
Through the web using this link – You must indicate the student’s first and last name; a description, the number of the proforma invoice and pay the rest of the pending payment.
Club members may request that the rest of the payment be settled by bank charge

Exchanges and returns

In case of cancellation of the reservation, 50% of the advance payment will be paid as long as the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the start of the contracted service.
In the case of requesting a change in the service or activity, this must be requested up to 15 days before the start and may or may not be applied, depending on availability.
If the reservation is canceled or modified within 15 days before the start of the service, no change will be made or advance payment will be paid in any case or in any proportion.
Consult the Club’s general hiring conditions as well as the change and return policy of Club Nàutic l’Escala.

Lunch:

This 2024 the only activity for which you can request the lunch service is the Summer Sea School 2024 and for ages between 7 and 10 years. The option to stay for lunch is voluntary and the reservation must be confirmed and paid for before the start of the week. Seven days before the start of the activity, you will receive a communication so that you can make the reservation.
